POSITION SUMMARY
As a Graphic Designer at Bespoke Marketing, you will be providing the graphic design/visual for social content, visualize pitching proposals and communicate with the internal team to maximize the best quality designs to clients from across industry.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Work collaboratively with Content Creators, and Account team to manage a high volume of tasks and ensure all projects are completed at the right time with a professional standard.
- Participate in shaping and defining briefs for projects.
- Develop concepts, design, and be responsible for the printing of various types of documents, including proposals, brand identity packages, communication publications (both online and offline), etc.
- Take charge of conceptualizing and designing interactive projects from concept to completion.
- Seek out further ideas to create unique values for projects.
- Review final works, suggest enhancements, and take the initiatives to help fellow colleagues to complete jobs.
- Handle to design Social Media Posts, POSM, Banner as brief.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of 2 -3 working years in Graphic Design position.
- Minimum of 1 working years in advertising or communication agencies.
- Proficient or expert in all appropriate software.
- Proactive, creative thinking, drive for results, passionate about design.
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to non-designers.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to do a wide variety of jobs (for example 3D, motion, etc.) is an advantage.
