POSITION SUMMARY
As a Business Development Manager at Bespoke Marketing, you will be responsible for identifying a company’s growth opportunities and managing its BD team’s effort to fill in these opportunity gaps. The Business Development Manager sets goals and leads the efforts to reach these goals. You will be one of key members to our dynamic growth team, together driving outstanding business results for BESPOKE.

SCOPE OF WORK
Sales Planning
-
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company goals.

Build own sales plan and manage the team sales plan in detail for each quarter, month, and week.
Performance Management
-
Manage overall performance of the business development team both in term of sales target achievement and the work plan implementation status (e.g. Number of approaches, meetings, briefs, etc.).

Develop systems and processes to track or record activity on accounts and help the team to close deals to meet sales targets.

Conduct analysis to identify room for improvement in terms of sales cycle, sales funnel conversion rate, sales productivity, etc….

Work closely with the CEO and others department heads to design and optimize the KPIs and Incentive scheme for Business Development Executives.
Sales Execution

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (80% SME – 20% Medium-Big Clients).

Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals.
People Management

Develop headcount & recruitment plan in detail and work closely with the HR team to recruit the best talents.

Design and continuously upgrade the training program for Business Development Executives.

Train and mentor the Business Development Executives to improve their skills and knowledge.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

03 year experience in marketing team or advertising agency background.

Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
