Your first 30 days at BSM are designed to give you clarity, context, and confidence. This plan will guide you through your onboarding journey — from learning the culture to owning your first deliverable.

🔸 WEEK 1: ORIENT & OBSERVE
✅ Day 1–3: Settle In
- Receive welcome kit (emails, Slack, Notion, tool access)
- Read:
- Meet your onboarding buddy and team lead
- Join intro call: “How BSM Delivers Results”
✅ Day 4–7: Observe & Ask
- Shadow 1 live campaign or ongoing sprint
- Join at least 2 team check-ins (ads, creative, automation…)
- Take notes on how decisions are made and who drives what
- Ask at least 5 “why” questions — curiosity is expected
🔸 WEEK 2: CONTRIBUTE WITH SUPPORT
✅ Day 8–14: Start Doing
- Support with real tasks, e.g.:
- Draft ad copy or creative brief
- Set up sample chatbot flow
- QA a landing page or audience list
- Request feedback on your output
- Complete “BSM Tools 101” (Meta, Harasocial, Notion)
- Share a short memo: “3 things I’ve observed about how BSM works”
🔸 WEEK 3–4: TAKE OWNERSHIP
✅ Day 15–30: Own Your Zone
- Take full ownership of one recurring task (e.g. weekly report, bot QA, asset checklist)
- Deliver 1 mini-presentation (5–7 mins):
“If I were the client, here’s what I’d ask…” - Schedule a 1:1 with your lead:
Review strengths, blockers & what’s next - Join 1 project retrospective
🔹 BY THE END OF DAY 30…
You should be able to:
- Navigate all core tools confidently
- Know who to ask for what
- Contribute to delivery, not just learn
- Own your time, your work, and your next steps
