POSITION SUMMARY
As an Performance Manager at Bespoke Marketing, you will lead digital planning & execution of our clients to ensure achieving campaign objectives with excellent planning and implementation. The position also will work directly with the CEO to manage and develop the performance of the Digital/Media team.
SCOPE OF WORK

Build, Organize & Manage Media/Performance team of Bespoke Marketing following the Company’s Business direction.

Lead digital planning and delivery of client campaigns

Solve the daily problems in execution of the team.

Manage the quality of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual media plan, budget allocation.

Campaign reporting is carried out to the highest standards – as well as delivery of commentary, insights and actions to the client on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis.

Contribute your own ideas and opinions on your client’s business, how we work, and the industry we’re in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meeting.

Work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 year experience at the same position at Digital/Performance Agency

Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team

Fast-self-learning, want to grow & develop yourself at the max speed
