POSITION SUMMARY
As an Head of Growth at Bespoke Marketing, you will incharge of leading business growth and exploring the new business opportunities that contribute to building the service ecosystem of Bespoke Marketing. This position will also work and report directly to the CEO.
SCOPE OF WORK

Leading the company growth in terms of Revenue & Projects.

Overview of key growth metrics of business and overall advertising market to detect growth opportunities.

Define the problem/chance concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution/project.

Optimize & Maximize working process of all internal teams in IMC projects.

Develop and execute “growth hacking” strategies to acquire more clients and business results in the advertising market.

Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth hacking, product-led business growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 05 years experience in the advertising/tech market.

Experience in the global corporate or management consulting industry is an advantage.

Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
