Job Description

BSM is a fast-growing marketing and media agency, working with brands across various industries. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, branding, and digital content. The ideal candidate should have strong creativity, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

Scope of Work

1. Creative Design & Visual Content Development

  • Design digital and print materials, including social media graphics, ads, brochures, presentations, and branding assets.
  • Develop visually appealing layouts for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
  • Work with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns.
  • Continuously research design trends and apply them to projects.

2. Branding & Identity Development

  • Create and maintain brand identity materials, including logos, typography, and visual styles.
  • Support in developing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and elevate BSM’s and clients’ brand presence.

3. Multimedia & Motion Graphics (Preferred but not required)

  • Create motion graphics, simple animations, or video content for social media and advertising.
  • Edit and enhance images and videos to improve overall visual storytelling.

Requirements

Experience & Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual storytelling and branding.
  • Experience designing for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn them into engaging visuals.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and motion graphics is a plus.
