POSITION SUMMARY
As an E-commerce Specialist at Bespoke Marketing, your role involves implementing digital performance and e-commerce tactics to operate Client’s Brand Stores on popular ecom platforms at Vietnamese market (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok shop,…). Also reporting progress and proposing new solutions to clients.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Implement digital ads on/off site for Brand Stores on E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop,…).
- Consult & Optimize product listing, sales tactics, develop Media Plans, and strategize Product Plans on E-commerce platforms for Clients.
- Drive Traffic to Brand Stores through activities like Keyword bidding and participation in platform campaigns.
- Collaborate with Media teams for traffic enhancement.
- Optimize Metrics such as CTR, Conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Report progress, propose solutions to clients, and manage key accounts effectively.
- Oversee task correctness, generate reports on purchasing trends, and maintain merchandising standards.
- Handle internal and external issues promptly, ensuring a positive example of behavior at work.
- Resolve complaints, ensure compliance with budget and time requirements.
- Propose innovative ideas for sales enhancement and improved customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Work closely with ecommerce platforms for strategic purposes.
- Familiarity with the E-commerce retail environment.
- Experience in customer service and retail management.
- Knowledge of online technologies and their impact on customer and business benefits.
- Experience in managing operational teams and enhancing business processes.
- Ability to build relationships with relevant teams regarding delivery processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
- Proficiency in English.
