As a Business Development Executive at Bespoke Marketing, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Working closely with the Business Development Manager and the wider team, you will contribute to expanding our client base, utilizing our expertise in delivering tailored marketing and branding solutions.

SCOPE OF WORK

New Business Cultivation: Identify and establish relationships with potential clients to drive business growth and expand the agency’s clientele.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable marketing and branding strategies.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for business expansion.

Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create compelling proposals tailored to client requirements, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and value proposition.

Sales Strategy Support: Assist in implementing sales strategies, including lead generation, client meetings, and presentations to secure new projects.

Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with internal teams to align on project requirements, and provide regular reports on business development activities and pipeline status.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a business development or sales role within the marketing or advertising industry, preferably in an agency setting.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding strategies, and digital marketing trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong initiative and self-motivation.
